We are looking for a hands-on builder with a passion for technical challenges in our pilot plant, someone who turns designs into fully functional systems. With us, you don’t build serial products; you build innovation. You are the mechanical backbone of our pilot plant and ensure our reactors perform not only on paper, but in real life.
Assembly & Maintenance: Independent assembly, modification, and maintenance of reactors, pumps, and agitators (including couplings and sealing systems). You identify potential issues early and resolve technical problems confidently and pragmatically.
Pilot-Scale Plant Construction: Work on pressure, temperature, and vacuum systems at pilot scale. Professional installation and sealing of vacuum and gas lines (stainless steel and polymer piping).
Commissioning & Special Tasks: Perform electrical connection work within the scope of the “Electrically Skilled Person for Defined Tasks” qualification (EFffT equivalent). Support commissioning activities and flexibly adapt equipment to new experimental requirements.
Workshop Management: Organize spare parts inventory and continuously improve workshop workflows to enable efficient team operations.
